Couples Therapy

Would you like to bring

Excitement Emotion Engagement

back into your relationship?

All relationships face challenges.

In today’s world many couples are under unique pressures. Many people are working remotely and sharing space with their partner 24/7. Others may face complexity that comes from outside the relationship itself. The good news is that support is available, and can really help.

I specialize in working with couples who work closely together in business or in their environment, are seeking ways to connect in a meaningful way, while still maintaining their individual exploration in life.  We work to find collaboration and shared meaning in a vision for your future as a couple and also make space for what each individual is experiencing and wishing to bring into their life.

I focus on teletherapy with couples sessions where working couples can join from wherever they are for 90 minutes sessions, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 9AM-3PM MST.

How I help:

The Gottman Method of Relationship Therapy helps a lot of the couples I work with acknowledge, appreciate, and enjoy the things they share in common with their partners. The Gottman Method can help you:

In addition to the Gottman Method, I also rely on Emotionally Focused Therapy in helping the couples I work with strengthen their attachment and form longer-lasting emotional bonds with each other.
